About:
I have always liked to develop games, I started looking for more about it in the middle of 2018, but I started trying to find mobile Game Engines which didn't work out very well, but I still remained motivated to find a Game Engine that pleased me, so I was shown Scratch Offline in 2020 and went to Scratch in 2021, staying until mid-2023.
In 2022 I went after trying to learn about other Game Engines and programming, but it took me a while to choose an Engine/Programming Language that I would use recurrently, actually I'm still "looking" until today, but I tried Godot, Unity, Game Maker, Python, C, RPG Maker MV, Construct 3 and 2 (Unreal Engine besides not pleasing me at the time, my computers struggled to run newer versions and since I didn't know how to configure it to run better on the device I just believed that my computer would never open this software, but nowadays I'm learning to use it and besides that I liked it ¯_(ツ)_/¯).
Unity was the one that pleased me the most, but even wanting to learn how to use it, Scratch along with its modifications like Scratch Addons, Turbowarp, Gandi IDE and etc, wouldn't let go of me, that is, even if I wanted to use another Engine when I looked there were 10 more projects made in Scratch.
These 4 years using Scratch earned me more than 146 projects, but 29 are shared and 11 of them are games, the rest are tests, projects. Regarding the 11 games, 2 were made with the help of my friend Fox007 (he has several names, but this is the one I pronounce the most), the others were made alone, but there is only one problem with my games which is about them being incomplete and never coming back unless I think about making a sequel completing the previous game.
Something I didn't mention is that I made 3 games during these 4 years that I've been using Scratch, they were made in Construct 3 being my most played so far. (06/03/2024)
About the platforms where I have published my games are the "Arcade" (I think that's the name) from Construct, Itch.io, GameJolt and on Scratch.
On my first time on Itch.io I published one of my games that was made in one day and with a simple idea, but that I rarely see in game stores being text RPGs and thinking now it even worked, there were new people for a month (There were few, but many for me).
The genres of my games are diverse, however I always look for one that pleases me both as a player and as a developer, usually being RPG, since it is my favorite genre (especially ARPG), but whenever I am going to develop a game I get excited and add a lot of things that in the beginning I said I wouldn't put leaving the project infinite and without finalization, so when I want to make a game like this I look for help from a friend of mine.
Something very recurrent is the delay in the publication of games, because I am always doing it little by little or I do everything in two days and leave a week without any changes to do everything at once (This happens when I get a lot of ideas during the day-to-day thinking that it will be something quick because I have already thought of something without "errors", but in practice a lot of errors appear taking much longer than expected).
However, as I appear to be a beginner in the field and have much to learn, I appreciate when criticisms are made and when they talk about what I can improve in the game.
Sorry if there is anything wrong, I don't know how to write well in English and that's why I tried to use Google Translate or even an AI to do this :/
I separated some of my social networks on Linktree to make it easier to find.
